“You're thinking five stars ya right, I would be too until you hear our story. We started out with another broker getting nowhere trying to better our credit and purchase our new home. Then we changed to Eric and it was the best decision we ever made. I'm a skeptic no doubt about it, what is wonderful about Eric is how honest he is. No smoke and mirrors. He looked over everything and told us the truth what we needed to fix and how to do it. What is an added benefit is his background of having been an underwriter in the past he looks for any potential issues and addresses them before they even see them. We got our first home hassle free with Eric as an FHA loan and 2.5 years later we sold that home and purchased our dream home in a regular loan again hassle free! What I appreciate the most is his honesty his integrity his drive on how important these life changing choices are. At one point he reminded me as we were selling and buying at the same time , he said Jodi smile be excited look at how far you have both come. And he was right! Eric is amazing whether it's to refinance or to purchase he is 110% invested in you and your best interests. Personally we appreciated his honesty when we were not in the best situation but he helped us get there and to me that is priceless.
